Terms of Sale

1. Scope
These Terms of Sale apply to all purchases made on aviwvhp.shop by consumers within the European Union.

2. Pricing
All prices are displayed in Euros (EUR) and include applicable VAT. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time, but products will be billed at the price in effect at the time of order.

3. Ordering Process
To place an order, browse our catalog, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You will receive an order confirmation by email once your order is accepted.

4. Payment
We accept credit cards, PayPal, and other available payment methods. Payment is due in full at the time of order. All transactions are secured with SSL encryption.

5. Delivery
Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Estimated delivery times:
- Standard shipping: 5–7 business days
- Express shipping: 2–3 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.

6. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumer Right)
In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing any reason. To exercise this right, please contact us at xolswilliams@gmail.com. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.

7. Warranties
All products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L.217-4 to L.217-14 of the French Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (Articles 1641 to 1648 of the French Civil Code).

8. Liability
My Store shall not be held liable for any indirect damages arising from the use of our products. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the order in question.
